Welcome to drip. spin studio! By booking a class or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service:
1. Booking & Class Reservations
- All class reservations must be made through our website or our app in advance.
- By booking a class, you agree to adhere to the cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- 12-Hour Cancellation Window: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time to avoid incurring a fee. This ensures ample time for riders on the waitlist to be added to the class.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will incur a $12 late cancellation fee.
- No-Show Fee: If you fail to show up for a class without providing notice, you will be charged the drop-in rate of $16 for that class. If you have a class pack, you will be deducted a class credit in lieu of the fee.
3. Class Pack Policy
- If you hold a Class Pack, and you either cancel within the 12-hour window or no-show for a class, one of your ride credits will be deducted from your Class Pack in lieu of any additional fees.
- If there are no remaining ride credits in your Class Pack, the late cancellation fee or no-show fee will apply.
4. Membership (Unlimited)
- If you hold an Unlimited Membership, and you cancel late or do not show up for a class, you will incur the $12 late cancellation fee or the $16 no-show fee.
- Membership benefits include unlimited classes but do not exempt you from our cancellation or no-show policies.
5. Guests Policy
- Class Packs: If you hold a Class Pack, there is no limit to the number of guests you can bring. You may use your ride credits for your guests, and they will be able to join the class as long as space is available.
- Unlimited Membership: If you hold an Unlimited Membership, you are allowed to bring up to 2 guests within a 30-day period. Guest passes are limited to 2 per 30 days, and you must be present with your guest at the time of class. If you exceed this limit, you will incur the standard drop-in rate for additional guests.
6. Transfers and Refunds
- Class bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. Once a class is booked, you are responsible for attending or following the cancellation policies outlined.
- If you are unable to attend a class due to illness or other emergencies, please notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee a refund or transfer, we will make reasonable accommodations on a case-by-case basis.
6. General Studio Policies
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled class time to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Attire: Appropriate workout clothing and indoor shoes are required for all classes.
- Personal Items: drip. spin studio is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items. Please keep your belongings in the designated areas.
- Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect your ability to safely participate in classes. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any fitness program.
7. Changes to Terms of Service
- drip. spin studio reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will be effective immediately upon posting.
By booking and attending classes at drip. spin studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
