the hardest part in any journey is starting and taking a leap of faith. you belong here, and we can’t wait to meet you. for your first time here, you will get an introduction to the bike and an overview of the class structure so you feel comfortable, and we can answer any of your questions.

our 45 minute classic rhythm ride with a little bit of everything. great for riders of all levels from beginner to experienced. you modify as necessary, like always.

drip.foundation

our beginner rhythm ride great for new riders. this ride has minimal, basic choreography to introduce you to the experience.​

drip.power

our 45 minute ride for those who want max output. hills, sprints, climbs, and tabata-style cycling. limited to no choreography. all power.​

cycle+sculpt

45 minute hybrid class with 30 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes off for strength. great for those wanting to add strength training efficiently.

praise rides

our classic drip.45 ride - praise and worship edition. join us every week for sunday praise and wednesday worship.
